FAQS
We Love Questions
WHAT IS SEAL COATING?
Seal Coating is the process of covering the existing pavement, whether that is a driveway, parking lot, patio, etc. with sealer to prevent water from getting in and freezing, creating cracks and blemishes on the surface and degrading it over time.
DO YOU PAVE DRIVEWAYS OR PARKING LOTS?
No, paving and Seal Coating are two different services and require a lot of specialized equipment. For right now we will only work on the finish of your pavement, not the pavement itself.
WHAT DO YOU USE TO SEAL A DRIVEWAY?
We use Seal Master's Ultra blend Sealer with sand added for a long lasting and high quality finish. The sealer will last for about 3-4 years after it is applied and it will look good the whole time.
HOW LONG DOES A SEAL COAT LAST?
A good seal will last you 2-4 years on a heavily trafficked surface like a driveway or a parking lot. On something like a car lot with mild to no traffic it can last far longer.
DO YOU DO MORE THAN JUST SEAL COATING?
Of course we do! A good parking lot requires more than just a nice black finish, it also requires nice bright lines. We can paint those lines and any stencils you need done to make that finished product stand out.
WHY SHOULD I GET A SEAL COAT?
Not only will it make your pavement look gorgeous, it also protects it from water and winter weather degrading it over time. If you want to keep your lot looking fantastic year after year, consider getting a seal coat.
HOW MUCH DOES SEAL COATING COST?
No two jobs are exactly the same, the jobs are calculated by the square footage of the lot. We will do our best to ensure that all clients are happy with the job for the price they pay.
